Our website is built with Laravel (backend) and AngularJS (frontend). It was working fine earlier but went down due to an expired server. We need a developer to set it up again on a new server and make it live. After setup, we want to add e-commerce features where businessmen can list their products on their business pages, and users can browse products, add to cart, and checkout with a Cash on Delivery option (no online payment). Each businessman should be able to view their orders, and the admin can manage all products and orders. The developer must handle both the setup and the new e-commerce module smoothly.
