Project Goal
To perform a complete content migration from the existing React application to a new WordPress CMS while simultaneously executing a full visual redesign that strictly adheres to the [login to view URL] Brand Book.
Key Deliverables
1. Brand Compliance & Design Implementation:
o Style System Development: Develop a custom WordPress theme that perfectly implements the core design specifications found in the Brand Book, including:
 Color Palette: Use of approved HEX/RGB values for primary, secondary, and accent colors.
 Typography: Correct implementation of all specified web fonts (headings, body text, UI elements) and their corresponding sizes.
 Logo Usage: Proper placement and use of primary and secondary logo variants according to the Brand Book's usage guidelines.
o UX/UI Redesign: Modernize the site's layout and user flow, guided by the aesthetic benchmarks of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], but ensuring 100% adherence to the visual standards and tone of voice outlined in the [login to view URL] Brand Book.
2. Platform Migration:
o Setup a secure, high-performance WordPress installation.

Phase 2: New Startup Website Development: Is Where (Brand-First Build)
Project Goal
To design and build a brand-new, high-performance WordPress website for the startup, Is Where, where all design and copy elements are explicitly guided by the Is Where Brand Book.
Key Deliverables
1. Core Brand-First Development:
o Visual Identity: The site's entire front-end design will be built directly from the Is Where Brand Book, ensuring immediate brand consistency from launch.
o Tone of Voice (TOV) Implementation: All new copywriting (headlines, calls-to-action, mission statements) will be reviewed against the TOV guidelines defined in the Brand Book.
o Component Library: Develop a set of reusable WordPress blocks/components (e.g., callout boxes, feature sections) that are pre-styled with the brand's colors, typography, and visual language.
2. Strategy & Architecture:
o Develop the sitemap and content structure to effectively communicate the startup's value proposition and guide the user journey.
o Integrate lead generation tools (forms, email sign-ups) that are also styled to be Brand Compliant.
3. Launch Readiness:
o Thorough testing for responsiveness, security, and performance.
