"I’m putting together a streamlined classified ad posting-style web app that lets everyday users publish and browse local ads. The core idea is simple: as soon as someone lands on the site, they can filter listings by city, ZIP code, or a radius around their current location, then drill down into the exact kind of post they want to see.

To keep the scope clear, the first release must support these ad categories:
• Services
• Job Posts
• Community Events
• House Rentals
• For Sale items
• Art / Creative work

Key workflow
1. Visitors can explore ads without registering, but they need an account to create, edit, or renew a listing. Depending on the category, listings are paid according to the price of category.
2. During posting, the user selects one of the categories above, enters a title, description, photos, price (when relevant), and a location pin or address that drives the geo-filter.
3. Search results update instantly as users change location or category filters.
4. Basic moderation tools (flag, hide, delete) appear for both users (on their own posts) and admins (site-wide).

I’m flexible on the tech stack—React, Vue, or Svelte on the front end and any modern backend (Node, Django, Laravel, etc.) that cleanly exposes a REST or GraphQL API will work. Responsive design is a must so the same codebase serves desktop and mobile browsers. If you can integrate a ready-made map or geocoding service (e.g., Google Maps, Mapbox, OpenStreetMap) for the location filter, even better.

Deliverable
• A fully functional web app deployed to a staging URL, with source code in Git, clear setup instructions, and seed data for testing each ad category.
