"I need a lightweight chatbot that plugs straight into my existing Laravel site and stores everything in a MySQL database. The goal is to give visitors instant answers to common customer-support inquiries—mainly technical issues and product information, plus a few sales or general questions such as how to place an ad on our app or website.

• Platform: Laravel (latest stable) running on an AlmaLinux 9.6 dedicated server.
• Database: MySQL; keep the schema simple so I can read and extend tables myself.
• Channel: Website only—no social media or mobile integration required.
• No real-time push server needed; standard AJAX polling or Laravel’s built-in tools are fine.

What I expect
1. A minimal chatbot widget I can drop into any Blade view.
2. Basic intent/keyword logic or rule-based flow that routes queries to the correct canned response.
3. An admin dashboard (Laravel Breeze, Jetstream or plain CRUD) where I can:
– Add, edit or delete predefined Q&As.
– See conversation history, search/filter by date or keyword, and mark threads that need human follow-up.
4. Clear install instructions so I can deploy it on my server myself.
5. can easly make a themes colors icons and these stuffs not a like what i saw it's very hard to deal with widget theme
