"I’m building a real-time communication app that runs natively on both iOS and Android, and I need an experienced developer who can take it from architecture to store-ready release. The core of the product is a fully peer-to-peer stack powered by WebRTC:

• Voice / video carried over UDP with SRTP and DTLS enabled.
• Text chat moved through WebRTC DataChannels.
• A distributed signaling approach (or, when unavoidable, a light relay) to set up calls.
• DHT-style peer discovery so users can find each other without a central server.
• End-to-end encryption on every payload—including chat messages and media streams.

On top of the communication layer I want Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) support: messages and optional voice transcripts need to be routed to an existing RAG endpoint, then the generated answers streamed back into the same chat view. You’ll plug into my REST/gRPC gateway; I’ll provide the spec.

Key requirements
• Modern, trendy UI that feels at home on today’s flagship devices.
• Same codebase usable for both platforms (React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform are all fine—choose the one you’re fastest with while keeping native WebRTC performance intact).
• Clean, documented code plus a brief setup guide so I can run the dev environment locally.
• Demonstrable handling of NAT traversal (ICE, STUN/TURN).
• Test suite that covers signaling, encryption, and the RAG round-trip.

Acceptance criteria
1. Two phones on separate networks can discover each other, establish an encrypted call, and exchange text in under five seconds.
2. Chat message sent to the RAG service returns an answer in the same conversation with no crashes or UI flicker.
3. Build passes on Xcode and Android Studio with no manual tweaks.
4. Final TestFlight/closed-track APK delivered and approved.
