"I need a straightforward movie-streaming prototype I can grow over time. At a minimum the app should:

• Stream movies (placeholder content is fine).
• Let viewers leave ratings and text reviews.
• Save films to a personal watchlist that syncs across devices.

A lightweight web dashboard should let me upload or link new titles, view basic user stats, and see payment logs.

Payment flow
Instead of off-the-shelf gateways, the app must call our custom payment API for subscriptions or rentals. I’ll provide the endpoint details and keys after we start; just wire in the calls and handle success/error states.

Target platforms
iOS and Android are required. I’m open to a PWA, React Native, Flutter, or any stack you’re comfortable with—feel free to leverage AI helpers like Replit Ghostwriter or Claude to speed things up, as long as the final code is clean and documented.

Deliverables
1. Complete source code with build/run instructions.
2. TestFlight build for iOS and an installable APK for Android.
3. Brief README showing how the payment integration works.
4. Simple browser-based dashboard for content and analytics.
