"I need a straightforward mobile app that helps our team apply our union’s pay rules without manual spreadsheets. The core goal is a working prototype that runs on both iOS and Android and accurately calculates daily pay for the Employee classification.

Key features I must have:
• Simple screen to enter each day’s ordinary and overtime hours.
• Drop-down lists for selecting the correct rate and any daily site or special allowance.
• Automatic calculation of overtime and allowances based on the union agreement rules I will supply.
• Daily totals and a running weekly summary displayed clearly on screen.
• Ability to edit rate tables from an admin screen so we can update wages and allowance amounts ourselves.

I’m open to cross-platform tools such as React Native, Flutter or similar—use whatever lets us get a reliable build onto both stores quickly.

For this initial phase I only need the Employee pay rules implemented, but please structure the code so Contractor or Temporary Staff logic can be added later.

Deliverables:
1. Source code and build instructions.
2. Two installable test builds (iOS TestFlight and Android APK/Bundle).
3. A brief walkthrough document explaining where to update rates and allowances.
