Core scope for this phase
• Property listings – users must be able to upload photos, set price, add location and key details, then publish the listing.
• User profiles – buyers and sellers should manage their own dashboards, saved searches, and listed properties.

Deliver a functional prototype with a clean, intuitive UI, basic authentication, and stubbed backend endpoints ready for future features such as in-app messaging.
