"I need an experienced UI/UX designer who can jump straight into an existing SaaS/PaaS platform and shape both the interface and the end-to-end experience. This is NOT a marketing website; it’s a complex product that spans React Native mobile apps and a desktop dashboard.

Here’s what I’m after:

• Translate current product flows into clean, reusable Figma components that slot into our design system.
• Refine and extend dashboards, data-heavy forms, and other interactive components so they feel intuitive on both mobile and desktop.
• Map key user journeys, identify friction points, and propose quick, testable improvements.

The workflow will be highly collaborative. Expect daily availability for full-day blocks, a video kick-off call to tour the platform, and regular brainstorming sessions in clear spoken English.
