Project description:
"The flow, dialogue, and feedback texts for four short conversations are already outlined—I simply need a polished, working version that drops straight into Canvas and looks like a genuine messaging app. Students must be able to tap or click a reply option, see their choice display in the chat thread, and, when an incorrect response is selected, receive a written explanation before moving on. Correct answers progress the story automatically.
The interface should mirror a modern, realistic chat app: speech bubbles, timestamps, subtle animations (typing dots, message fade-in), and clean typography. It must render smoothly on both desktop browsers and mobile devices without extra installs, so vanilla HTML/CSS/JavaScript (or a lightweight framework you can bundle self-contained) is ideal.
Timing is tight—I’d like the final package in a few days. To make hand-off painless, please include:
• one embeddable file or folder ready for Canvas upload
• clear instructions for any Canvas settings or iframe parameters you use
• commented code so I can expand the scenario later
If you’ve built lightweight branching simulations or chat engines before, this should be a quick win. Let me know your approach and estimated turnaround, and we can get this mini-project wrapped up promptly." (client-provided description)
