"I’m ready to streamline how my team saves content to Pocket and Diigo, and I want the whole flow built once in Automa so we can run it with a single click (or trigger). The core of the job is creating, testing, and handing over an Automa workflow that can:

• Save any URL we feed it to both Pocket and Diigo
• Place the bookmark in the correct folder/collection on each service
• Apply the tags we specify at run-time (or fall back to a default tag set)
• Let us optionally re-organize items—e.g., move or re-tag an existing bookmark—without breaking the flow

I’m comfortable with Automa, so feel free to take advantage of its native triggers, variables, and UI prompts. Once it’s working, I’ll need a brief hand-off package: the .automa file, a short written setup guide, and a two-minute screen-recording walkthrough. Future tweaks or troubleshooting will be handled as a separate, paid follow-up, but for now I simply need this first version delivered clean, documented, and fully tested.
