• Visitors must be able to enter shipment details (pickup, destination, dimensions/weight, date) and instantly place a freight-transport booking.
• A simple dashboard where I can view, update, and confirm each request.
• Automatic email notifications to customers when their booking is placed and when its status changes.
• Mobile-friendly layout so shippers can book on phones or tablets.

Tech notes
I’m open to any mainstream stack—WordPress with suitable plugins, Laravel, Node.js, or similar—as long as it keeps future maintenance straightforward. Integrate a clean UI template if that speeds things up.
