"I need a bot to grab tickets quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Capable of grabbing train ticket for specific date/timing/passenger
- This must include an interactive form inside Telegram that allows me to enter all the booking details step-by-step, and also let me choose from multiple booking dates and times.
- Must work on both website and mobile app platforms.
✅ Notifies me on Telegram when the desired train ticket becomes available
✅ Books the ticket automatically using my provided details (e.g. full name, passport number, class preference, etc.)
✅ Lets me input my preferred travel dates and times directly in the Telegram chat
✅ Ensures booking is made under my name and passport
- Should be developed and delivered ASAP.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in development and automation.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and platforms.
- Secure handling of sensitive data
- Only I should be able to use this (restrict by Telegram ID)
- All data (passport, name) must be stored securely (e.g. JSON file, encrypted, SQLite)
- Python + Telegram Bot API
- Selenium or Playwright to interact with train booking website
