"I need a single-screen landing page styled in a clean, professional and corporate look that mirrors the straightforward feel of the example at [login to view URL] The heart of the page will be a lightweight company-valuation tool.

Here is what has to happen on that page:

• Users enter basic financial data—at minimum revenue, expenses, owners salary, balance sheet value sector, depreciation and amortisation.
• An automated calculation instantly produces a valuation figure. I will provide the simple formula; you handle the front-end and any necessary back-end logic.
• When the result is shown, the visitor can click once to download a branded PDF report that summarises their inputs and the calculated valuation or receive and email with the valuation report.
• Before the report is released, the user completes a brief form that captures: name, email address, phone number, company name, website, and whether they plan to buy or sell a business in the next 12 months. All collected data must land in a CSV or feed directly into my CRM via webhook—whichever you find faster to implement.

Acceptance criteria
– Page matches agreed Figma mock-up, loads quickly, and is fully responsive on desktop and mobile.
– Valuation outputs the correct figure within ±1% tolerance when tested with sample data.
– PDF carries my logo, colours, and a time-stamp, and is delivered automatically after the form is completed.
– All lead fields populate in the CRM test record.
– You hand over source files plus a brief setup/hand-off note so my team can host it on our existing WordPress / domain install (vanilla PHP or a lightweight plugin is fine).
