"I’m building a web-based learning platform where students can chat with an AI tutor, track their progress, and receive personalised performance insights. The heart of the system will be a real-time chat interface powered by AWS Titan (I’m open to layering in OpenAI later if it proves a better fit).

Scope and key deliverables
• AI chat interface – user-friendly window that streams answers, explanations, and study guidance from the AWS Titan model.
• Performance Analysis System – students can paste or upload quiz/test scores; the backend detects trends and returns tailored feedback.
• Student dashboard – clean visual layout featuring Charts, Insights, and Recent activities so learners instantly see progress and knowledge gaps.
• Authentication & profiles – email-and-password sign-up plus optional social-media logins; store credentials and user data securely with best-practice hashing and role-based access.

Additional requirements
• Responsive design that works smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Clear code structure (React or Vue front end, Node/Express or similar backend, PostgreSQL or MongoDB for data) with well-commented commits.
• Security essentials: HTTPS, secure cookies, rate limiting, and prepared statements/ORM to prevent injection attacks.
• Basic admin panel to review user activity and moderate inappropriate content.

Acceptance criteria
1. Chat interface returns AI responses in ≤2 sec for typical queries.
2. Dashboard renders charts and insights from stored data without page refresh.
3. Performance feedback updates immediately after new scores are submitted.
4. New users can register, log in, and log out seamlessly via email or social accounts.
