"Hello,

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a specialization in mobile app design to create the complete user interface for a meaningful, non-profit social impact project: "MalkiTov".

1. Project Background: "MalkiTov" (in memory of Malkia Gross) is a project dedicated to transforming the volunteering landscape in Israel. As this is a non-profit memorial project, we are driven entirely by our mission and operating with a dedicated, limited budget.

Our vision is to create the "Uber for Volunteering" - a platform that instantly connects spontaneous volunteers (people with "just a few hours to spare") with verified, location-based, short-term needs from non-profits, community organizations, and individuals.

2. The Goal: We have a full-stack developer ready to begin front-end coding, but we require a complete, developer-ready UI/UX design in Figma. Your mission is to translate our defined user flows and project logic into a clean, intuitive, respectful, and highly usable mobile-first interface.

3. Scope of Work (MVP Screens): We need the design for all key screens of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP). The app has three primary user flows:

Onboarding Flow:

Splash Screen / Login

Registration Process (Name, Phone, Email, etc.)

User Type Selection ('Volunteer' or 'Organization Rep')

Volunteer Flow:

Main Home Screen: A Map View showing pins of available volunteering requests.

Request Preview (pop-up on pin click).

Full Request Details Screen (incl. "Contact via WhatsApp" CTA).

Simple User Profile Screen.

Organization Rep Flow:

Organization Registration / Selection screen.

"My Requests" Dashboard (List of active/closed requests).

"Create New Request" Form (including location picker).

Organization Profile Screen.

4. What We Will Provide:

A clear document detailing all user flows and application logic.

Our basic brand identity (Logo, color concept).

Direct access to the project manager (me) for any clarifications.

Direct access to our Full-Stack Developer for brief, targeted collaboration to ensure design feasibility and answer technical UI questions.

5. Final Deliverables (The "Handoff"): The goal is to deliver a package that our developer can implement directly.

A complete, high-fidelity design of all listed screens in a well-organized Figma file.

A clickable prototype demonstrating the full user flow.

A basic Style Guide / Component Library (fonts, colors, buttons, states).

All assets (icons, graphics) must be properly prepared and exportable.

A final 'Developer Handoff' meeting (30-60 min call) to walk our developer through the Figma files, component structure, and answer questions.

6. Ideal Candidate:

Required: Proven experience in UI/UX design for native mobile apps (iOS/Android).

Required: Full proficiency in Figma and creating "developer-ready" files.

A strong portfolio showcasing relevant mobile app projects (bonus: experience with map-based applications).

A genuine passion for social impact projects and an understanding of the non-profit mission.
