"Project Description:
I need to create between six and eight field service templates within Odoo, based on the PDFs I currently use in daily operations. Each template should replicate the layout of the PDF—columns, tables, and sections—but be editable online, without touching any Python code.

Key Requirements:
• Each checkbox in the PDF must be converted into a dropdown with the options: OK, Not OK, N/A.
• Include a comments field next to each dropdown for additional observations.
• Maintain all columns and table structures exactly as they appear in the original PDFs.
• Work directly within my Odoo instance; I will provide the URL, username, and password.

I will provide the eight PDFs once we accept the project, and I expect the templates to be ready for use within Odoo Studio (or whichever native tool you prefer), so my team can fill them out from a tablet or laptop without requiring further technical adjustments." (client-provided description)
