"I need a straightforward real-estate website whose main goal is to showcase property listings. Both residential and commercial properties will appear, so the layout must let me tag and filter each listing clearly.

Scope
• Modern, responsive front-end that highlights each property with a photo gallery, key facts, and a dedicated detail page.
• Easy-to-use admin panel to add, edit, hide, or delete listings without touching code.
• Basic search or filter options (price, location, property type) so visitors can quickly narrow results.
• SEO-friendly URLs and meta tags so every listing has a chance to rank.

Tech stack is flexible—WordPress + Elementor, Laravel, React, or another well-supported framework is fine as long as it’s fast and simple for me to maintain. Using established plugins such as Easy Property Listings or Realtyna for core functionality is preferred over proprietary solutions.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional website deployed on my hosting/domain.
2. Sample data for at least 10 mixed residential and commercial listings so I can see the flow.
3. Quick start guide (PDF or short screencast) showing how to publish new listings.
