"I’m ready to build a full-featured real estate platform and I’m looking for a developer who can take both the website and the Android app from concept to launch. At its core the project revolves around clean property listings and rich agent profiles, wrapped in a modern interface that feels seamless on desktop, tablet and phone.

Key flows
• Buyers and sellers create accounts, verify email/phone and manage their own dashboards.
• Listings include photos, location map, price, description and status (for sale, sold, rent). Powerful search and filter tools must return results instantly.
• Each agent has a profile page with bio, contact details and their active listings.
• One shared backend will power both the web frontend and the native Android app through a REST-style API, ensuring data stays perfectly in sync.
• Admin area controls users, listings, reported content and basic site settings.

Tech considerations
I’m flexible on stack, but I’m leaning toward React (or [login to view URL]) for the web UI, Kotlin or Flutter for the Android app, and a Node/Express or Django backend with a PostgreSQL database. If you have a better architecture in mind, outline it—performance and scalability are my priorities.
