"EcoShield Exteriors already earns strong desktop Lighthouse scores, yet mobile still lags. I need a Webflow-savvy developer to squeeze every last millisecond out of the site by attacking three fronts at once: code-splitting JavaScript, stripping all unused JS and CSS, and trimming the CSS payload until only what’s absolutely required remains.

Environment & Access
• Webflow site (CMS plan)
• Scripts: GTM, Hotjar, CallRail, and Google Places must remain functional; deferral allowed, but not removal
• Any changes to GTM triggers or tag settings will be handled internally by EcoShield staff

Scope of Work

Site-Wide Performance Optimization
• Improve mobile FCP and LCP
• Address render-blocking requests and optimize resource load order
• Implement preconnects and critical origins
• Verify proper image preload/fetchpriority for all hero images

Asset and Code Optimization
• Reduce unused JavaScipt and CSS
• Consolidate or split shared Webflow CSS file if beneficial
• Optimize image compression
• Enable long-term caching headers for static assets
• Verify minify HTML/CSS/JS remains active

Freelancer Requirements
• Proven Webflow experience
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse metrics
• Understanding of Google Tag Manager load behavior
• Ability to test changes without service disruption
• Clear documentation of all changes and before/after performance screen shots

Deliverables
• Updated Webflow site with improved Lighthouse performance scores
• Documentation outlining all code or setting changes
• Screenshots or report links confirming improved metrics
