"I need a straightforward Android application that lets my field sales team capture their daily Sales numbers, current Inventory levels, and new Orders, then turns that raw input into an at-a-glance MIS dashboard for management.

Scope of work
• Android only – no iOS build is required right now, so you can focus on a clean experience that runs reliably across common devices (Android 8.0 and above).
• Simple data capture screens for the three data types mentioned. Each record should automatically tag the user, date, time, and GPS location.
• A reporting dashboard inside the app that converts the incoming data into daily, weekly, and monthly summaries, including basic charts and a downloadable CSV/Excel option.
• Cloud sync so the data is available to me in real time and remains usable when the phone is offline (local store with automatic push once connected).
• Admin access on the web (or within the same APK if easier) so I can add or disable users and pull full reports without touching the database.

Acceptance criteria
1. APK installs and runs on mid-range Android phones without crashes.
2. Sales, Inventory, and Order data can be submitted in under 30 seconds on 4G.
3. Dashboard reflects new entries within 60 seconds once the device is online.
4. Exported report opens cleanly in Excel with no manual cleanup required.
5. Source code and a short deployment guide are handed over at project close.

Tech stack is entirely up to you; Firebase, SQLite, Flutter, React Native, or native Android are all fine as long as the final build meets the criteria above and can be maintained easily." (client-provided description)
