"I need a pair of companion mobile apps—one for customers, the other for drivers—released on both iOS and Android.

Customer-side experience
The customer app must offer real-time parcel tracking on an in-app map, a smooth payment gateway for card and wallet transactions, and a clean order-history screen that lets users review past deliveries or repeat an order in a tap.

Driver-side experience
For drivers, I want live location sharing (visible to both the dispatcher and the customer) plus built-in route optimisation so the shortest, traffic-aware path is always suggested. Job alerts may be added later, so the architecture should leave room for that flag.

Core build expectations
• Native or high-performance cross-platform code (Swift/Objective-C, Kotlin/Java, or Flutter/React Native—whichever you can prove will keep GPS and background services stable).
• A single backend powering both apps with secure APIs, push notification hooks and an admin panel where I can assign jobs, watch all vehicles on a map and manage payouts.
• Integration with Google Maps SDK (or Mapbox if licence terms suit us better) for geolocation and routing.
• Clean, Figma-ready UI hand-offs and Play Store/App Store-compliant release packages.

Acceptance criteria
1. Customer can place an order, pay, and watch the courier move live until drop-off.
2. Driver receives the job, sees the optimised route, shares live GPS, and marks completion.
3. All events appear instantly in the admin dashboard and in the user’s order history.
4. Apps pass App Store & Play Console review and run smoothly on current OS versions.
