"For a small private school, run day-to-day operations from one place. At a minimum, the first release must let me create and manage class schedules, post auto-graded quizzes, and mark attendance in real time.

Three user roles have to be recognised from the start—Students, Instructors, and Administrators—each with their own dashboard, permissions, and activity logs. On top of that foundation, the system should already be structured for add-ons such as gradebooks, results publishing, and broader student & instructor management so we do not have to rebuild later.

• Admin sets terms, courses, and timetables
• Instructors log in to record attendance and create quizzes that grade themselves
• Students see their timetable, take quizzes, and instantly view scores
