• Discover nearby teams, send or accept match challenges, and chat through the details.
• Browse partner grounds, see real-time slot availability, pay, and lock in a booking.
• Record scores so every team’s win-loss tally and leaderboard update automatically.

Scope and tech expectations
1. Release on both iOS and Android from a single code-base (Flutter or React Native are fine).
2. One-tap social-media login—no email/password flows.
3. Team creation wizard: name, logo upload, preferred formation.
4. Challenge workflow: propose date/time, auto-notify the other side, confirm/decline, then push the agreed slot to the ground-booking module.
5. Admin back office for ground owners to add courts, prices, and time blocks.
6. Simple loyalty trigger that flags repeat bookings from the same account for discounts.
