"I’m ready to launch a single-city real-estate portal focused exclusively on Rome and I already have high-fidelity mock-ups for every screen. What I need now is a developer (or small team) who can turn those designs into a fast, elegant, and highly searchable site that feels as intuitive as [login to view URL], but tailored to the Eternal City.

The heart of the project is an always-visible hero search bar powered by an advanced filter engine. Users must be able to refine results by property type—Homes, Businesses, Offices—and then keep drilling down through price, number of rooms, and a long list of additional criteria I will provide. Every neighbourhood, zone, and micro-district of Rome has been mapped out for you; I’ll hand over the full data set so searches return pinpoint-accurate results.

Key screens to build:
• Landing page with the hero search bar
• Dynamic listing grid that highlights each zone of Rome in detail
• “Add Property” flow where owners or agents can post Homes, Businesses, or Offices, complete with media uploads and every attribute the filter system supports

I’m flexible on the technology—traditional stacks (React, Next, Laravel, etc.) or AI-assisted workflows are both fine—so long as the final product is responsive, SEO-friendly, and performs well on mobile.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional website deployed to my host of choice
2. Source code in a Git repo with a brief README
3. Short hand-over session so I can maintain filters and zones on my own

Acceptance criteria
• Any filter combination returns correct results in under one second
• Google Lighthouse mobile score of 90 +
• All Rome zones included and selectable without errors
