"I’m looking to build a web-based parking management application that lets operators monitor, control, and monetise a car park from a single dashboard. The core of the job is the software itself, but it must talk seamlessly to three on-site hardware components—parking sensors, ANPR system, automatic barriers, and payment kiosks—through clean, well-documented APIs.

Key goals
• Real-time bay occupancy pulled from the sensors and displayed in an intuitive dashboard
• Barrier control (open/close, status feedback) with event logging for security audits
• Ticketing and cashless payment handling that syncs with the existing kiosks and produces exportable reports
• Role-based access so attendants, managers, and admins see only what they need
• Responsive UI that works smoothly on modern browsers (desktop, tablet, mobile web)

Deliverables
1. Functional web application with source code and clear setup instructions
2. API layer or middleware that bridges the app with the sensors, barriers, and kiosks
