"I need a lightweight application that lets users search for any film by title and instantly see its key facts. When a user taps a result, the app should show a clean screen with the poster, release year, runtime, genres and a concise synopsis—no critic reviews, ratings, or cast lists in this first iteration.

Saving favourites is essential. A single tap on a heart (or similar) icon should add or remove a movie from a persistent “My List” that survives app restarts. A separate screen or tab will display that personal library, allowing users to open each saved title’s detail view just as they would from the search results.

Deliverables
• Fully-functional codebase (web, iOS, Android or desktop—propose what you do best) that compiles without modification
• Search-by-title feature powered by a public API such as OMDb or TMDB, with the API key handled safely
• Detail view showing poster, basic metadata and synopsis only
• Local storage mechanism for the favourites list (SQLite, Core Data, IndexedDB, etc.—your call)
• Brief setup/read-me so I can build, run and test the app myself
