"I want to buy an already-finished, multi-service delivery platform—something on the level of DeleGo / Deligo—that I can rebrand and extend. I am not commissioning fresh development; I only need a complete, working codebase that you have previously built.

Core package required
• Customer app, Driver/Rider app, Store or Vendor app
• Web-based Admin panel with full order, user and payout management
• Backend API with database scripts and installation guide

Technical must-haves
• Compiles for both iOS and Android (native, Flutter, or React Native are all acceptable)
• Real-time tracking for active orders
• In-app chat or messaging between customer, driver and support

Nice to have
• Multiple payment gateways already wired in
• Promo, coupon or loyalty features

After purchase, I’ll need significant customizations, so ongoing access to the original developer is important. If you can also quote for that follow-up work, let me know.

Deliverables I need to review before releasing escrow
1. Complete source code for all mobile apps, admin panel and backend
2. Clear build & deployment documentation
3. SQL or migration scripts for the database
4. Demo APK/IPA or TestFlight link plus an admin panel URL for initial inspection
