"My site is already up and running on pure HTML, CSS and a sprinkle of vanilla JavaScript, but its layout feels dated and the mobile experience is inconsistent. I want the visual design refreshed—specifically the overall structure—without rebuilding everything from scratch.

Here is what I need from you:
• Re-arrange existing page sections so that content flows logically on both desktop and mobile widths.
• Refactor the CSS and any supporting JS so the site responds smoothly from small phones to large monitors (no breakpoints missed, no horizontal scroll).

All current colors, fonts and assets stay; only the structural composition and responsiveness change. Please work directly in the existing codebase, comment your edits clearly, and supply the updated HTML / CSS / JS files ready to deploy. Cross-browser checks (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and Lighthouse mobile scores above 90 will be my acceptance criteria." (client-provided description)
