"I already have a live e-commerce app for water-can delivery and an accompanying admin dashboard. What’s missing is a simple way to know which customer still holds how many cans, so I need a lightweight can-tracking feature added to the existing admin panel.

Scope of work
• Track every can movement by customer ID—this will be the single reference for all records.
• Store two extra data points for each delivery or return:
– Delivery date and time
– Quantity of cans delivered or picked up
• Maintain a running balance per customer and generate a “Pending Cans” list that I can sort, search, and export for GST reconciliation.
• Send an automatic email notification whenever pending cans exceed a set threshold (the threshold value should be configurable in settings).
• Extend the current admin UI so I can log deliveries/returns quickly and view customer-wise balances at a glance.
• Keep the implementation unobtrusive: reuse our existing tech stack, follow current coding conventions, and supply any DB migrations or API updates you introduce.

Acceptance criteria
• Admin successfully logs a delivery or return without breaking existing order flow.
• Pending cans report reflects accurate totals and updates in real time.
• Email alerts trigger once daily and list only customers whose pending balance is above the threshold.
• All added code is clean, commented, and committed to our repository for review.
