"I am looking to replace our patchwork of spreadsheets and standalone tools with a single, purpose-built application that covers every stage of a port call. The platform must let me track vessel port services in real time, handle cargo paperwork such as SOF and NOR, generate all standard port-agency documentation, and keep a tight grip on costs right through to invoicing.

Core features I need
• Vessel port services tracking – log every tug, pilot, berth shift, and time stamp in one timeline, searchable by call, IMO or berth.
• Cargo management – create, update, and archive SOF, NOR and related cargo statements with version control.
• Documentation – auto-produce arrival, departure and customs forms, plus any port-specific templates, and store them in a searchable repository.
• Costs & invoicing – capture pro-forma estimates, compare against actual DA, then raise invoices in multiple currencies and export to PDF or Excel.

I am open on tech stack as long as the final solution is browser-based, multi-user and easy to maintain. A clean UI, role-based access and clear audit trails are important. Please include examples of similar logistics or maritime systems you have delivered, the framework you propose, and a rough timeline to reach a functional MVP.
