"I’m rebuilding our site (previously on BigCommerce) on WordPress / WooCommerce so it serves three very different audiences without forcing us to maintain three separate stores.

1) Retail shoppers
Retail visitors should enjoy a standard WooCommerce flow, but prices must automatically display and charge in AUD or NZD based on their location.. The solution should be extendable later to additional currencies such as USD, EUR or GBP.

2) Bulk purchasers
These customers already submit large orders through a form that supports file uploads and manual input. After logging in they need access to:
• their specific volume-based pricing (separate from retail)
• a history of past orders with downloadable Invoices and Receipts
• embed the existing bulk-order form

3) Internal staff
My team must be able to “log on as” any customer, instantly view that customer’s contract pricing, see a personalised favourites list, enter quantities. Data can go through the WooCommerce checkout, or push straight to our internal API if that is easier. WooCommerce is not our source of truth.

Key requirements
• Clean role or user-group separation so each audience only sees the features meant for them
• Multi-currency display and payment for retail shoppers (AUD/NZD to start)
• Tiered pricing and account-level price visibility for bulk purchasers and staff acting on their behalf
• Secure download area for Invoices and Receipts tied to past orders
• Staff-side quick-order screen with favourites list and API hand-off
• Solid, maintainable code that plays nicely with future updates to WordPress and WooCommerce
