"My current business website refuses to appear in Google’s index, even after several attempts with other developers. I now want a fresh build from the ground up and will release full payment only once your new version is live and verifiably indexed on Google Search.

Scope of work
– Develop a clean, responsive corporate/business site that highlights our portfolio and drives lead generation (contact forms, clear CTAs, basic analytics setup).
– Implement solid on-page SEO fundamentals: semantic HTML, meta tags, XML sitemap, [login to view URL], structured data where relevant, fast loading, mobile-friendly layout.
– Connect and submit the site to Google Search Console, fix any coverage or crawl issues, and monitor until at least the home page and key inner pages are indexed.
– Migrate or recreate existing content; improve it where necessary for SEO clarity.
– Provide a hand-over pack with login credentials, source files, and brief instructions so we can manage content ourselves.

Tech preferences
I’m open to WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, or another lightweight stack if it speeds up indexing—explain your recommendation.

Acceptance criteria
1. Site accessible at our domain without errors.
2. Google Search Console displays “Page indexed” status for the home page and primary service/portfolio pages.
3. Basic lead form tests successfully send data to our email.
