"I am building a services-booking marketplace that brings four distinct categories under one roof—professional services, regular household services, event booking, and restaurant table reservations.

Phase 1 focuses on a responsive website that serves three audiences: end-users, vendors, and a single super-admin. Security is a priority, so the platform must ship with multi-factor authentication out of the box. I also want a clean, modern design that loads quickly on mobile and desktop.

Key requirements
• User flow: browse or search, view vendor profiles, book or request a service, confirm via email/SMS, and track status in their dashboard.
• Vendor flow: self-register, create listings by category and by location, manage availability, pricing, and incoming orders from a dedicated vendor panel.
• Admin panel: full CRUD over users, vendors, categories, commissions, and content, plus analytics and manual booking override.
• Core features: role-based access, real-time notifications, review & rating system, built-in wallet or payment gateway integration, and SEO-friendly URLs.
• Architecture: scalable API layer so we can extend the same business logic to native iOS and Android apps in Phase 2 without rewrites.

Phase 2 (planned after the website goes live) will reuse the backend to deliver companion apps on both platforms, so please keep the codebase modular and well-documented.

Deliverables for this engagement
1. Functional web marketplace with user, vendor, and admin portals.
2. Source code, build and deployment scripts, plus a brief technical handover.
3. API documentation that will let us kick-start the mobile apps next.
4. Post-launch support for initial bug-fixes and tuning.
