"I need a complete, well-commented Android Studio project that functions as a stealth parental-control tool. Once installed, it must automatically hide its icon and stay invisible in the launcher while still running in the background.

Core functions I have to see working:
• Remote camera control able to snap photos, start/stop video recording and stream the live feed on demand.
• One-way live audio monitoring that lets me listen in real time.
• A secure dashboard, web panel or lightweight companion app through which all commands and streams can be triggered and viewed.

Please keep the code clean, written in Java or Kotlin, and refrain from using any third-party libraries that would block Play-store side-loading or require rooting. I will test on multiple Android versions, so backward compatibility down to Android 8.0 is preferred.

Deliverables
1. Full Android Studio source code with build instructions.
2. APK ready for side-load.
3. README explaining setup, permissions requested, and how the app maintains stealth after installation.
