"I need a production-ready single-layer PCB laid out in KiCad for a commercial product currently in development. The schematic is already settled; what I am missing is a clean, compact board layout that meets standard DRC rules and can go straight to fabrication.

Here’s what I’ll be looking for in the final hand-off:

• Complete KiCad project folder with .kicad_pcb, schematic linkages intact and libraries clearly referenced
• Fabrication files (Gerbers, drill, pick-and-place) generated from KiCad’s plot tools and ready for any mainstream board house
• A concise BOM exported from KiCad, including manufacturer part numbers and footprints actually used on the board
• PDF plots of each layer plus an assembly drawing so my contract manufacturer can quote quickly

Please keep trace widths, clearances and pad sizes appropriate for standard FR-4 prototypes (trace/space ≥ 6 mil) and respect the board outline I will share. If you suggest minor tweaks that lower cost or improve manufacturability, I’m open to them—as long as we stay on one copper layer.

Once I review the Gerbers and the design passes KiCad DRC with no errors, the job will be considered complete." (client-provided description)
