We are seeking a professional developer to build an AI-powered WhatsApp Business chatbot designed specifically for School Health Services, to communicate intelligently and efficiently with parents of students — with automatic language detection (Arabic & English).

Core Functions Required:
• Automatically follow up with parents regarding students’ medical referral status after school screenings
• Collect consent and required information to fast-track appointment booking directly through the chatbot
• Identify the reason for delay/non-booking and offer instant guidance or solutions
• Send personalized health awareness messages based on the detected condition (vision issues, obesity, dental health, allergies, flu vaccination, etc.)
• Run proactive awareness campaigns for:
– Global health awareness days
– Back-to-School health campaigns
– Seasonal health alerts (e.g. winter / flu season)
• Escalate instantly to a live human School Health agent if needed
• Log all conversations into our CRM and automatically create follow-up tickets for unresolved cases

Technical Requirements:
• Secure integration with WhatsApp Business Cloud API or Twilio
• AI-based NLP engine (Dialogflow / GPT-3.5/4 / Rasa or equivalent)
• Webhook integration with our internal referral & appointment booking systems
• Clean, modular code suitable for deployment on AWS Lambda or Node.js / Express
• Deliverables must include clear technical documentation + a short video demo of the chatbot in action
