Project Overview
We want to build a fully automated B2B dealer acquisition system: ads → dedicated landing page → double opt-in → instant Dealer Kit delivery → nurturing via email and WhatsApp → self-serve callback booking → human sales only at the very end.
Key goals:
Maximum automation, minimal manual work
GDPR compliant (double opt-in, WhatsApp opt-in)
Clear tracking of funnel steps (form submit, DOI, Kit sent, meeting booked)
Scope of Work
1. Landing Page (WordPress)
Host on subdomain (example: [login to view URL])
Use Elementor or Bricks builder
Form (Fluent Forms): company, first/last name, email, phone (optional), 2 qualification questions, opt-in checkboxes (email, WhatsApp)
Hidden fields: UTM parameters and click IDs
Thank-you page: “Please confirm your email to receive the Dealer Kit”

WhatsApp Reminders: If opted in, send WA template messages (48–72h and Day 7 Starter Offer). Handle replies via OpenAI node (short factual answers, offer callback link).

Daily Scoring & Hygiene: Update lead scores; mark inactive leads as lost after 14 days
