"Good day,

I need a data processing and payment form for a landing page selling a psychology course. The form should have a specific visual design according to my existing code.

Task:

Step 1: The form processes the data entered by the user — email and phone number — and sends it to a Google Sheet.

Step 2: As soon as the user enters the data and submits it through the form, they are redirected to the payment page.

Step 3: Upon payment:
a) Payment successful — the user receives a link to the learning platform and a password (the login is the user’s email).
b) Payment failed — the user sees a message “Payment was not successful” (access details to the course are not sent).

In case of successful payment, the provided password must be recorded in the corresponding column of the Google Sheet for that user (in the same row as their email and phone number). If payment is not received, the corresponding cell in the Google Sheet should remain empty.
