"I’m building a lean, cross-platform utility app that lets both customers and small-business owners place orders and track them from submission through fulfilment. The first release should be a basic MVP that runs smoothly on recent Android and iOS versions.

Core flow
• Customer or business owner signs up, logs in, and creates a new order.
• The order status automatically updates at each stage (received, in progress, ready, completed).
• Users can view a chronological tracking history and receive push notifications when the status changes.

Essential requirements
• Single code-base (Flutter, React Native, or similar) to keep maintenance simple.
• Lightweight admin panel or Firebase console access so I can add, edit, or archive orders without redeploying the app.
• Clean UI that respects each platform’s basic design guidelines—no custom art needed at this stage, just functional screens and intuitive navigation.
• Source code, brief setup instructions, and a short video walkthrough showing the key screens and status updates in action.

Nice to have (if it fits comfortably in the same timeframe)
• Simple analytics dashboard for daily order counts.
• Offline order caching that syncs when the device reconnects.
