"My utility app is fully developed, tested, and signed; what I’m missing is the final step—getting it live on Google Play. I need someone experienced with the Google Play Console to handle the entire upload process and create a complete, polished store listing for me.

You will:
• Set up the release in my Play Console account (including versioning, bundle upload, and roll-out settings).
• Craft and submit the store listing: title, short & full descriptions, keywords, screenshots, feature graphic, and any required categorisation or content ratings.
• Ensure compliance with Google’s policy checks (privacy, data-safety form, target-SDK requirements, etc.) so the build passes review without issues.

I’ll provide the signed AAB/APK, basic copy points, brand assets, and access to the console. Once the listing is live and users can download the app, the job is complete." (client-provided description)
