"I need a lightweight stock-only scanning tool that I can open in any browser and, when required, install as a small desktop app. The first release should focus on the core workflow:

• Pull live market data the moment it updates.
• Let me toggle popular technical indicators (e.g., RSI, MACD, moving averages) on or off.
• Allow fully customizable filters so I can combine price, volume, or indicator conditions and save those presets for later.

A clean interface is essential—nothing fancy, just clear tables or charts that refresh smoothly without forcing a page reload.

Please keep the codebase easy to maintain. If you lean on common stacks such as React + Node, Electron, or Python-based frameworks, that’s fine; just document setup steps clearly so I can run or rebuild the project myself.

Deliverables:
1. Web build ready to deploy on a standard VPS or shared hosting.
2. Desktop build (Windows preferred) generated from the same codebase.
3. Brief README covering installation, configuration of market data APIs, and how to extend filters or indicators.
