"I need a functional mobile game that lets users play Rock Paper Scissors for real money. The scope is intentionally lean but complete enough to launch a working prototype.

Core features I expect:
• Simple Rock Paper Scissors gameplay with quick matchmaking (1-on-1).
• Secure real-money wallet: deposit, in-game stake, payout.
• Payment integration: PayPal for global users and UPI for Indian players.
• Basic user flow: sign-up / login, balance view, transaction history, quick play, results screen.
• Lightweight admin panel so I can view matches, player balances, and manually resolve disputes.

Technical notes
– Any modern stack is fine; I’m open to Unity, React Native, Flutter, or native builds as long as you outline why it fits a money-game use case.
