What I’m Looking For

I’m seeking a Tech/Product Co-Founder (not just a contractor) who can:

Lead the technical rebuild (transition Bubble MVP → scalable full-stack or native app)

Design and scale our AI-driven mentor matching & recommendation system

Collaborate on fundraising, product strategy, and GTM execution

Compensation Options

I’m flexible, depending on mutual trust and commitment:

Equity-Based Model:
Up to 20% equity, vesting over 3 years (with a 6-month cliff).
Ideal for someone who wants to grow into a long-term co-founder role.

Paid/Hybrid Model:
Option to work on a monthly stipend or milestone-based pay, with potential to convert into equity as partnership trust builds.
