"I want to bring a dedicated safety-tips mobile app to life. The core feature is a well-structured library of practical guidelines that users can browse quickly when they face everyday risks—home hazards, travel safety, first-aid basics, and more. Tailored to the Australian Standards and Regulations.

Scope
• Design an intuitive, modern interface that makes it effortless to search or filter tips by category and urgency.
• Build the app for both iOS and Android; I’m open to React Native, Flutter, or another cross-platform stack you recommend.
• Create a lightweight content-management area (even a simple admin panel) so I can add, edit, and reorder tips without touching code.
• Implement offline access so critical information is available with no signal.
• Optional future add-ons such as emergency alerts or location tracking are on the horizon, so please structure the code for easy expansion.
• Integrate it with AI.
