"A Laravel-based web project is underway and I now want to hand day-to-day coding to a developer who sits in Bangladesh so that communication can happen in real time and in Bangla when needed. The work may range from adding small modules and refining existing logic to tackling occasional bug fixes or version bumps; I will spell out each task in Trello before you start so you always know exactly what the next commit should achieve.
