"I need a lightweight Windows-based program that lets me manage basic personal-finance data entirely through SMS commands. Users will text a single letter and amount—“i.” for income, “e.” for expense, or “m.” for contribution—and the system must:

• Accept messages from manually whitelisted numbers (I will add and remove numbers myself, no self-registration or payment processing).
• Timestamp every incoming SMS and store it in a simple local database or flat file.
• Immediately reply with the running balance plus the 10 % contribution figure.
• At month-end, automatically compile one statement per user, listing every transaction in date order, totals for income and expenses, the sum of all “m.” entries, and the additional 10 % contribution required to meet the rule. Send that statement via Email only; no on-demand history queries are needed.

Keep the architecture as minimal as possible to fit the budget—command-line or lightweight GUI is fine. An open-source SMS gateway such as Twilio or any Windows-friendly alternative is acceptable, provided setup takes just a few environment variables and a README. Deliverables are:

1. Source code (Python, Node, or another easily maintained language).
2. A brief setup guide explaining dependencies, environment variables, and how to add phone numbers.
3. A one-page usage reference showing the exact message format users must follow." (client-provided description)
