"I need a fast-turnaround build for a very lean business-promotion site. The scope is intentionally small so we can get online immediately:

• Three pages only—Home, Services, and Contact.
• Clean, minimalistic styling; white space and crisp typography over heavy graphics.
• Mobile-friendly layout and basic SEO tags so potential clients can actually find us.
• A simple contact form that sends inquiries straight to my email.

I already have hosting and a domain ready to point wherever you deploy. A lightweight platform such as WordPress, Webflow, or plain HTML/CSS is fine—as long as you can launch quickly and leave room for future expansion.

Once the site is live, hand over all source files, login credentials, and a short “how-to” for updating text and adding an extra page later. I’m available to approve copy and images on the spot so we don’t lose momentum." (client-provided description)
