"I’ve already built a set of HTML cards and now I want them to come alive as the user scrolls. Using GSAP—most likely its ScrollTrigger plugin—I need a straightforward zoom-in / zoom-out effect that plays smoothly on three elements within each card:
• text content
• images
• the card’s background

The goal is a clean, lightweight implementation that I can drop straight into my existing codebase. I’m looking for:

1. A concise GSAP script (or CodePen demo) that targets the current HTML structure.
2. Clear comments so I can tweak timing or easing later.
3. A brief note on any additional CDN links or initialization I should add.

No redesign or extra graphics are required—just the core scroll animation, optimized for modern browsers and keeping performance in mind.
