1. Introduction
We are a micro finance company having around 200 clients currently based in vashi navi Mumbai and clients are also in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai only
We give secured and unsecured loans to clients and for that we need a application
Loans are mostly given thru bank accounts or GPay Phone pay Pay tm etc and receovery is also done via bank or UPI.
Loans are either secured or unsecured and if they are secured we take the following securities only
Life Insurance Policy, OR Gold OR Property papers
Also loans are given by different sister concerns and different bank accounts

2. User Roles & Permissions
The application will support the following user roles:
• Master Login – Super admin access for all companies.
• Admin Login – Can manage data for specific companies.
• User Login – Limited to data entry and view access for receipts, loans, and reports.
Each role will have tailored access to specific forms, modules, and reports as defined in the workflow sheet.

A. Company & User Management
• Create/Edit/View/Delete Companies
• Manage users with role-based access control
• Assign users to specific companies or branches
B. Client & Account Management
• Client Master Form: Name, Contact Info, Profession, Area, Category
• Account Master: Create accounts, link to clients and companies
• Status tracking for active/inactive accounts
C. Loan Management
• New Loan Entry: Loan amount, tenure, type, interest, and disbursement
• Extend Loan / Top-up / Renewal options
• View All Loans (Current, Closed, Overdue)
• Link guarantors and mortgage documents
• Auto-generate repayment schedule with dates, interest, principal
D. Receipts & Payments
• Installment Receipts: Manual or Agent-wise entries
• Daily Receipt Entry (linked with calendar/collection sheet)
